I’ve kept things simple here so you know exactly what to expect when ordering.

Please read the information below before purchasing.

Physical Products (New Items)

All physical products are non-returnable.

Due to the nature of these items, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing checkout.

Digital Products (Templates & Guides)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

 

Pre-owned Items

Pre-owned items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.

These items come from my personal kit and may show signs of previous use. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted on any pre-owned items.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos or details so this can be reviewed.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
