Essential Ceramic Bur (Extra Fine/Yellow)

An extra fine ceramic bur designed for very light, controlled work and more delicate areas.

This is the extra fine (yellow) grit, which offers the least level of reduction out of the range. It’s more about refining, smoothing, and cleaning up, rather than reducing thickness.

I’ve recently added this into my own set-up, as it fills that gap where you want to work gently without removing too much.

• Yellow = Extra Fine (very light reduction)
• Ideal for precision and finishing work

This is the type of bur I’d reach for when:

• Cleaning the nail plate (e.g. superficial onychomycosis / powdery debris)
• Light tidy-up work around the nails
• More delicate skin areas
• Very light callus where you don’t want aggressive reduction

It’s also a nice option if you prefer a softer approach, or want more control in sensitive areas.

Ceramic burs are great because they:

• Stay cooler compared to some other burs
• Are lightweight and easy to control
• Allow for precise, controlled work
