The FHP Money & Admin Workbook

This is the main workbook within the bundle and has been designed to work alongside the Pricing Your Services for Profit Guide.

You can enter your own figures for things such as your desired take home income, working weeks, client numbers and yearly business costs.

It also includes dedicated sections for your Instruments & Equipment and Stock & Supplies, helping you get a clearer picture of what running your business is actually costing you.

Some of the calculations are then done automatically for you.

Who is the FHP Money & Admin Bundle for?

This bundle has been created particularly for new and newly qualified Foot Health Practitioners, as well as those who are currently training and starting to think about setting up their own business.

You do not need to be an expert with spreadsheets. The templates have been kept as simple as possible, and you will also receive a short Getting Started guide with some useful do’s and don’ts.

What do I need to use the spreadsheets?

The spreadsheet files are provided in Excel format.

If you already use Microsoft Excel, you can open them there. I personally use LibreOffice, which is a free alternative and does not require a Microsoft Excel subscription.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you may need to use an app such as Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers to open and edit the files.

Do I need Microsoft Excel to use the spreadsheets?

Is this suitable for someone who is still training?
Yes. The bundle is designed for people who are training, newly qualified, or in the early stages of setting up their foot health business.

Can I personalise the templates?
Yes. The templates are designed for you to add your own business information and figures. Some calculated areas of the spreadsheets are protected so the formulas continue to work correctly.

They are not designed to make running a business complicated. Quite the opposite.

The aim is to give you somewhere to start, help you understand your numbers a little better, and make some of that early business admin feel more manageable.
